Peer Review Policy
All content of International Journal of Educational Methodology (IJEM) is subjected to peer-review and all articles published in IJEM have undergone rigorous peer review (double blind peer review), by members of the editorial board and review panel. Editor makes a pre-assessment of the submitted manuscripts in terms of journal scope, manuscript format and research quality. If it is suitable for publication, editor directs the manuscript to two reviewers expert in the field of publication. After both reviewer’s feedback, editor decides if the manuscript will be rejected, needs revision or it can be published directly. A diagram which illustrates review and publishing process could be seen here.
Reviewers are objective for all judgments in the peer-review process. Reviewers are assigned in order to have have no conflict of interest. Reviewers might point out relevant published work which is not yet cited. Submitted manuscripts are treated confidentially prior to their publication.
Peer reviewed papers will be sent to the corresponding author for corrections (if necessary). Proofs will be made available to corresponding authors before publishing. Proof papers should be returned to the publisher within three days.
